TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are essential for ALL services - No Bookings, No Service.

• Payment to be made on booking.
• Cancellation 14 days, or more, prior to departure - 50% of fare refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure - no refund.
• Failure to travel without notice - No Refund.
• Cancellation or non use of part journey - No Refund.
• Bookings valid for current season only.
• Any alterations to booking will incur a fee of $10 per amendment.
• The carriage of illegal drugs, smoking and the consumption of alcohol in the coach is NOT permitted.
• Special Conditions apply to unaccompanied children between the ages of 10 and 14, please contact us to discuss. No child under 10 years of age will be carried without an adult.
• Luggage allowance: 2 cases, 1 pair skis and boots per person. Extra items may incur a excess baggage charge.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or divert any services if necessary.
• Damage done to property by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
  
• Falls Creek Coach Service will do everything possible to ensure connections with other carriers, however connections cannot be guaranteed.
